Refund policy

At Dear Joy, we stand behind everything we sell. Because our product catalog includes both perishable coffee and non-perishable merchandise, our return policy differs by product type.

Coffee Products All coffee products are perishable food items and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at dearjoycoffee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Merchandise, Apparel & Accessories Non-perishable items such as apparel, tote bags, and other Dear Joy merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at dearjoycoffee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at dearjoycoffee@gmail.com.

Subscriptions Subscription orders follow the same product-type policy above. To modify or cancel future subscription deliveries, log in to your account at dearjoycoffee.com or contact us at dearjoycoffee@gmail.com.
