You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before consumption. Dear Joy is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit the quantities of any products we offer on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Dear Joy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Dear Joy confirms acceptance and payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting; due to the perishable nature of coffee, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been processed for roasting or shipping.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), title and risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery ("porch piracy") or delays caused by carriers or customs.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Dear Joy is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Dear Joy. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Dear Joy. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with Dear Joy.

SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. You and Dear Joy consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
